Pinot & Picasso are the newset and hottest thing to emerge in Penrith’s new businesses – injecting some much needed art & culture into the region.
After a year of operation, Pinot & Picasso have grown from a single shop in the hometown of Penrith to over 60 stores across Australia and New Zealand.
Simple Media were approached by the good lads from Pinot & Picasso who had nothing but some dollars and a good idea (That’s all you need with us really!)
We took creative lead from the brief to create a very simple yet fresh and clean brand that promoted a fun and social arty vibe without being too colourful and over the top.
Pat’s icon design and Typography skills created their logo and overall brand identity to give them consistency across the board from their promotional and print material including promotional and shop signage to their online digital presence.
Phil lead the website development with a loose brief that needed a solution for customers to Book tickets to Pinot’s weekly one-off classes, as well as adding on extras for the night.
This was a full scale E-Commerce and Event Ticket system integration that would be the shop-front main operational intake point of their initial customer interaction and business transactions.
Along with the booking system, Pinot also needed a Gift Card integration so that customers could send gift cards to special ones allowing them to book a session online, as well as conditional Private Function Booking and Contact Enquiry forms.
Pinot’s web presence has been constantly improving and growing with a strong interaction with their socials, managed by our good friends at Wren & Windsor. This propelled their growth and allowed them to scale their business across multiple stores, with Simple Media helping scale their web presence into a multi-site operation with separate databases and E-Commerce functionality.
Pinot & Picasso have now also won the Most Outstanding New Business Award of 2019 in Penrith. Well done lads!
